We have an abundance of greenery and occasionally, itty bitty flowers blooming in our yard. I try to incorporate this as much as possible into our everyday decor as well as when we entertain. Whether that is filling in gaps in arrangements, topping off a cheese plate, or decorating a place setting. But the latest project turned out to be my favorite, here's how to quickly turn trimmings from your yard into place cards.

A few sprigs of greenery paired with tiny wildflowers were tied up with a few inches of black ribbon. Add a basic rectangle card with your guests names. Easy, free, and adds instant decor to your table.

These were really fun to make and lasted a long time! Your friends could take them home, put them in fresh water and keep them around for a few days as a fun little reminder of your party.
