Spring Skincare Update with eos

It's not like we have a harsh winter here or anything, but as soon as spring is on the horizon, so is my need to do all the things to prepare for it. Usually this means home updates, organization, out with the old... in with the new. Not to mention the focus on getting ourselves ready to come out of the big fluffy sweaters and hats.

I've been on a mission to get my skincare routine figured out. I noticed that when the weather starts to warm up, and we head out on vacations and road trips, my skin seriously takes a hit. So if there was a perfect time to introduce some new product into my routine, it was now. eos sent over their new Aqua line just in time.

The aqua products are inspired by the power of water and the nourishing benefits of seaweed. As we head out to the desert this season, these are going to work so well to keep my skin hydrated. Using seaweed and irish moss, all of these products work together to hydrate, soothe, soften and protect your skin's natural balance.

There are so many benefits I saw in all of these products... I mean, the lip gloss is a color chameleon. It transforms to a unique shade of pink based on your lip chemistry. But I have to say the products I saw make the biggest difference immediately were the Aqua balm skin hydrator + hydrating lip treatment. I use both overnight and notice in the morning that my skin is extremely smooth. I never feel dried out as I have in the past when using basic creams.

With the travel plans that we usually make in the coming months, I am so relieved to have these in my routine now to help with all of the elements that seem to make your skin look like you haven't had water in 3 days. And it's all done with natural ingredients that are gluten-free, vegan, and free of parabens, phthalate, mineral oil, petrolatum and formaldehyde.

I really can't wait to see how these products work over the summer months. If I could check off dry uncomfortable skin from my list... I might actually start to love those higher temps;)

Do you guys switch up your routine this time of year too?
