palm frond garland diy.
spring is here friends! whenever that warmer weather begins to show it's face around here, i get all excited about spring, summer, sunny backyard parties, and of course the vacays that are going to be enjoyed. so i figured, let's get right to it, use that inspiration in some party decor, and make a garland.
you'll need a bit of rope, some faux palm fronds and gold spray paint.
pull the fronds from the stem that they (most likely) came on and spray them with gold. let dry. hang your rope where you want the garland to be displayed and after the fronds have dried, start poking them through the rope. that is it! the rope is tight enough that it will hold the light faux fronds where you stick them.
now mix a spring cocktail and call your friends.
