Custom or personalized orders
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, A Fabulous Fete does not accept returns or offer refunds for:
Custom or personalized orders
Perishable products
Digital downloads
If you have decided to cancel your order on a custom item that requires a proof (stamps or digital files), you will be charged a fee for the proof. Proof charges will vary per purchase, please inquire about the charge for your custom order.
Shop Items
Any NON CUSTOM item can be returned within 14 days of receipt with valid issue/concern (product quality, damaged during shipment).
Only product amount is refunded upon receipt of returned item. Buyer is responsible for cost of shipping back to seller.
Please keep in mind that color varies on individual computer screens, we cannot guarantee color unless a swatch is requested.
Refund can only be given for non-custom orders once A Fabulous Fete has received the unused item in its original packaging.
To start a refund:

Ship items back within 30 days of delivery
