BTS // Shooting for The Creative Library
Last week marked the launch of a project that has taken up the majority of our days for the past few months, The Creative Library. If you aren't familiar with it yet, it's a monthly membership of stock images, templates, and lots more, that you can use to improve your social media and blog content. We are all incredibly excited to share it will you guys and hope that you have enjoyed trying it out so far!
While the actual launch was a huge undertaking, we had to continue planning the photoshoots for future months. So last month, we took a quick trip out to Yucca Valley to shoot imagery for upcoming Editions of The Creative Library. We do a lot of designing, brainstorming and planning in the office, but this is definitely one of my favorite parts as we get to go away as a team and create. Getting to see what we've been planning for weeks, or even months sometimes, all come together is such a great experience.
Now that we are live, we wanted to give you a behind the scenes look at how our latest shoot went.
We quickly took our team member Alison's invitation to shoot in her new home out in the desert. Since they just moved in it was a photographer + stylists dream filled with white walls and cement floors. You can read about her home design process over in this blog post.
Edition No. 2, our October library is inspired by art and creative moments at home. It's a mix of a lazy day reading and painting with a touch of sparkle added.
Edition No. 3, our November library is inspired by the entertainer. Expect a high contrast setting, sophisticated accessories and a focus on all the pieces that make up the perfect night in with friends.
Edition No. 2 goes live on October 1st, so if you haven't, click over to The Creative Library to see what it's all about. I can't wait for you guys to see what we have in store for you next month!
