Winter Bedroom Refresh
For a while now, our bedroom has been a whirlwind of construction dust and paint splatters. We ripped out the old carpet, retextured the walls, added a few pops of color on the trim, and are starting to install new flooring. With the bones of the room (almost) finally in place, it was time to turn my attention to the cozy factor.
I've always been a creature of white bedding habit, more out of convenience than any real design choice. But as we inched closer to a finished space, I craved something that felt more personal, more me. Enter April Notes, a sustainable home brand with the most incredible color palette.
I couldn't resist the Moss Green Duvet Cover, a muted, earthy green that instantly brought the outdoors in. Paired with the Beige Stripe Linen Sheets, it created a warm and inviting atmosphere without feeling overwhelming. The sheets themselves are like a dream – incredibly soft, breathable, and just the right weight for a cozy winter sleep.
I usually have a few bedding sets in rotation, but this April Notes set has become my permanent resident. It gets washed, dried, and straight back onto the bed – I'm hooked! And now that I've discovered a brand with colors that sing to my soul and quality that surpasses anything I've ever experienced, I'm not sure I can ever go back to plain white again.
