Our Small Space Entryway Update

For years I’ve struggled with how to utilize the wall in our entryway. It’s an awkward space that our front door opens directly into and then leads to our stairs. I always thought if I did anything here, it needed to involve hanging storage for coats and bags, but all of the pieces I found were too bulky and got in the way.

I decided to rethink what we could do here outside of the traditional hooks. With just a few pieces I transformed a previously white and boring wall into a cozy nook that fits well, is functional, and adds a little life and ambiance when guests enter our front door!
