etsy finds // spring hues

inspired by spring hues mixed with metallics, i pulled together a few of my recent favorites on etsy.

i probably should've jumped on this vintage wallpaper earlier. it could have made some fabulous envelope liners and garland for a summer party don't you think? there are plenty of choices, i'll just have to take some time and find a new print to pick up!

apparently animals are a must in things i've been picking up recently. when done right, i think they can be a humorous but classic piece of decor or accessory. the bumble bee hair clips and the rabbit were done in gold which makes them more modern and "grown up", perfect pieces to decorate your home.. or self with! i'm in love with this whale desert plate and the traditional ornate design. i've started collecting small plates in different patterns as i find it a much more interesting collection to serve on when we entertain. i also never thought of metallic pillows.. but they seem like a better option for our home than the sequined option (if you are looking to add a little shine to your seating areas). i think R would go for these rather than something more sparkly;)

and these mobiles are pretty amazing. although out of my price range, we can still take a little inspiration from them right? a smaller faux version of something like this would be perfect hanging above your dinner table this summer.
